Hi @heechong, thanks for posting your question.

If you add the projection symbol to a custom DWG title block (i.e. in AutoCAD), then you can get it in today - although this is a workaround. Here's some additional information on that workflow: https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=GUID-AA1736E9-C0EF-4F40-8788-C53DFD6EC09E

The team is currently working on an environment that will allow you to draw a custom title block (including projection symbols) natively in the Fusion 360 Drawing workspace, and it will be available later this year.
