can fusion 360 do mask modelling and figures

im new in fusion 360, i want to learn if there is a trick to make these task for 3d model. (mask & human figures)

I haven't done modeling but Chaos Core Tech did some figures with Fusion 360. But it looks like, he is prefereing ZBrush.
