Camera Lens Change in Design Tab

Will Fusion make it possible to change the camera lens in the design tab?  I regularly do perspective drawings on top of 3D mesh/drawing for concept art and Fusion exports great transparent drawings, however it only allows the focal lens to be changed in the rendering tab which does not have the option to export line drawings (as far as I know).

Thanks

hi @Anonymous

currently it is not possible to change the lens in the design camera mode "Perspective"

The visual style "Wireframe" creates a raster preview. If you are looking to create vector files from the perspective you can use the SVG renderer in Blender - though it won't be as accurate since you will need to export your CAD file from fusion as a Mesh file (.STL, .OBJ etc.).

@Anonymous Please see this API page on the Autodesk Fusion 360 documentation:

There might be a way to change the angle of the camera when in perspective mode - it will require writing an Addon in Python or C++ 🙂
