Hi Bruce -
Sorry you're having problems. Have you done an update of Fusion recently?
One thing we've recommended when people run into problems like this is to try a clean reinstall.
Can you see if this can help?
Best,
Jeff
Bruce,
Can you please clear your user cache data and then let me know of your results:
Thank you.
Hello
This did not help. The cam addin has never loaded on this computer ever. I did install on another laptop and it works but this is the laptop I really need it on.
Thanks Bruce
Bruce,
Can you please send me you Diagnostic Log Files:
I would like to take a look and see if there may be a clue as to what might be going on.
Thank you.
Bruce,
Can you please send the ZIP of your log files to:
bob dot holland at autodesk dot com
Thank you.
I am sorry but I do not seem to have received any emails from you.
Please try sending a text only email to see if I receive it to:
bob dot holland at autodesk dot com
Thank you.
Hi -
We are now suspecting that this problem is due to an anti-virus package (perhaps webroot?) moving one of the CAM-related files (post.dll) into a quarantine area.
Could this be the case on your system?
If this is what has happened, if you restore this file, then that should fix it.
Jeff
