Calculation and validation of the resonant frequency of a cantilever with mass

Hello,

we would like to design a simple cantilever to a resonant frequency. For this purpose, we have created the attached Excel table and calculated the beam in this way. Afterwards we wanted to validate our results in the simulation of Fusion360 (report in the ZIP). However, depending on the size, there are irregular deviations upwards or downwards in the simulation. Have we made a mistake in the settings for the simulation?
