Bug Report: Exact Subdivide

Hi,

I just managed to encounter a repeated bug which crashes Fusion, from the looks at it I guess it's not possible to subdivide the part but instead of giving an error, Fusion freezes and crashes. The CER is CER_116558978 and probably a few (1 or 2) before it as well.
