I've attached my log files as well. I've also submitted them to the support team as suggested in the report bugs/errors. Daniel, you might want to submit them as well. They have an e mail you can send them to, [email protected]. I've already received a reply with a case number.

Thank you for posting! I had a look at the log file but unfortunately I was not able to find out what caused the issue. @oldtbone55 mentioned in the email that the files are showing up now. Are you able to see files now as well?

Also, let me just check - were you able to see the designs in the project but the designs did not contain sketch in them? Or you noticed the designs that contain sketch were not showing up in the project?

I am not sure if this is related but I see some network error in the log file and that might have caused a sync issue. Could you check the time stamp of the design to see if the time the design was saved matches what you expect?

The name of the design could be seen in the project but the sketch could not be seen in one case. When I opened it the canvas was blank whereas last night the sketch was there. Also, none of the changes that had been made to one of the other designs appeared. Where do I find the time stamp for the design?

Thanks.

What came back for oldtbone55, only came back after I opened and closed the files this morning what I was working on last night what where the 3 files closed at 8 pm on the 2/9/2017.

@oldtbone55 is the file you are not see the canvas on point to point move to Aline top & bottom sketches -me, if it is this one i am not able to ever but I bet if I break link I will be able to see the canvas, I will do a save as and change it's name so it's a new file.

Hi @daniel_lyall and @oldtbone55,

Thank you for your response. I assume you experienced a temporary sync issue. If this happens again, could you try switching to offline mode, open the file in the data panel and save a new version, then going back to online mode to see if the files get synced properly?

For oldtbone55, the time stamp can be found by clicking "Click here to see versions".

The sink issue is what I would like to know about, what the error that pooped up was and what if anything I can do to stop it happening again.

Hi @daniel_lyall,

Honestly I am not sure what error message you received since I was not able to identify the root cause in the log file. Sync issues are usually associated with internet connection problems and switching offline/online mode works in most cases. In case the issue persists after trying switching offline/online mode, I believe there could be something else causing it so please send us diagnostic log files and screenshot of an error message if you receive any.

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for the screenshot! I will try to find out what is causing this issue.

Are you also seeing the disappearing sketch issue right now?

Not that I know off, I am sure it was something at my end, it would be good to know what it was.

Hi Daniel,

I'm sorry for my slow response. It seems like the error message is not related to the disappearing files issue. I learned that indicates an incorrect installation or configuration of an Autodesk product. When an Autodesk app crashes, it puts the UPITOKENs for installed software in the report, this error means an app didn't provide a valid token. We are examining some Fusion 360 crush reports that don't have UPI values at the moment, haven't worked out why it is happening.
