BUG: Cyclic dependency

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hey all-

I'm trying to import an .STP into my current design and as soon as I try to move the STP within the design for proper placement I get the following error:

circular dependency error.png

If I then try to break the link between the original STP and the reference copy in my design, I get an error that says:

"Error: The Break Link operation will be aborted due to cyclic dependency error. Please report this issue to Autodesk!"

Help? This is the second unique STP file with which this error has occurred.

Sure!

Here's the link to one of the STP files:

The other one is on traceparts.com and the link is here: USB Connector, Hybrid, USB Type C, USB 3.1, Receptacle, 24 Positions

I have precisely zero problems importing and moving the connector into a design. Breaking the ling also works flawlessly.

You may want to create a screencast and share your design.
