Hi Paul

Indeed, this is not a great start to your experience, sorry about that.

Do you also get this error when creating a new design, or when loading a specific file(s).  Would it be a direct modelling design by any chance?

I am sure we can get to the bottom of this.

Jason

PS Maybe you can simply trick it by making it look into your eyes...

Thanks Jason,

I think that you've found the culprit. Just my luck that the first file I picked was a direct modelling part.

I have since tried a couple other designs, and they opened just fine.

Do you think that the - 'Oh Dear, you have encountered an error' message could include some helpful information on why the problem might have occurred?

Like - 'Oh Dear - we don't support direct modelling files right now' 😉

It's great to see the preview at last - thanks team it looks great!

Paul

Hiya

Yeah, it looks like we are serving the wrong page in this instance - we have a specific page for Direct Models, so will will look into why this happened.

Thanks for the update
