Bringing Edges of boxes together neatly

Hi,

Relative noob here. I am creating some boxes that nest into a drawer and I am trying to figure out how to bring all the corners together neatly. I tried to Extrude and Filet the corners, also Revolve the cutouts to 45 degrees, but neither had very clean results. Am I missing an operation that will help me clean this up? Any help is greatly appreciated.
