I see that you've posted some ideas related to this topic in the IdeaStation. I thought I would link them here.

What about using the Convert command to convert a B-Rep Surface to a Sculpt (T-Splines) body? It seems like using the symmetry tools in the Sculpt environment could save a lot of effort. There would be no need to fix a degenerate point or create an additional blend surface.

You may use the Include 3D Geometry command and manually project the control edges of a Sculpt body to generate a "faux" curve network. Depending on the sculpt body, this could be a lot of work. I don't think there is a "true" curve network command, available at this time.

Thanks,

the problem I have with TS is the surface quality - so TS is not in each situation ideal.

BTW some of those ideas were posted nearly a year ago and I never heard back - specifically the lack of a blend curve still I think hurts the tool set.

Splines and constraints/handles are sometimes extremely hard to work with compared to a blend curve or cv curve.
