Bottle with a curved top surface to neck connection. I'm stumped

I'm trying to recreate a bottle and I'm struggling with joining the bottle shape to a neck. The bottle has multiple curved surfaces which I'm unable to loft. I can picture this having an easy solution. But I'm likely approaching this project completely wrong.

It's a simple revolve, then a split body to cut the sides off, and finish with a fillet:
