blue lines dimensioned and constrained to black lines

can somebody help me figure this out? im stuck and im not sure what i can do to dimension it! i removed projected gemoetry by breaking link deleting im trying to fix the sketch so its clean.

Almost nothing is constraint.

You can try it this way:

You must fully constrain all lines.
I made a quarter of the sketch and mirrored it twice.

thank you so much for helping out, its been 5 months i forgot so much, and the drawings are a mess! i will constrain and dimension, its fixed now thank you again!
