Thanks for your answer but I don't quite understand it.
Normally sheet metal bend radius is depending on thickness. In smaller thicknesses (t), inner bend radius equals=t. Referring to: https://xometry.eu/en/bend-radius-reference-table-sheet-metal/
To make it a bit more complicated, you need to do some calculation to get the expected outcome.

In this case (see initial image) the 0.5t in bend area makes the radius smaller, namely 1t in OUTER radius and NO RADIUS on the inner.
Can F360 handle this in an effective manner, or do you need to work with 0.5t, and extrude to 1.0t in areas outside bend area?
