I spent some time making a badge for a car grille and after 3d printing it i notice it needs to be bent into a bow shape slightly on its y axis (if you are looking at the front of the car "y"would be up and down.
Is there a way of doing this without starting from scratch?

The easy way would be to increase the depth by using Press/Pull on the back.  After this create a new sketch on the XZ plane.  Project the body to the sketch. Use a 3 point arc to create the curve. Extrude|Cut to finish.

that would work if i was trying to bend it on the "x" not the "y" i took a screen shot with a spline showing which way it needs to be bent. think of it like i was trying to put a smiley face on the car4 v1.png

That would be the Z axis. You haven't said if just the top profile needs to be changed or if all of the other features need to changed.

I'd recommend starting fresh with Design History turned on.  It should only take one sketch to create this.  If you want the text to follow a curved line, place each character individually (use an arc to accurately place the bottom left corner of each character). The side chamfers can be done with two direction chamfers.
