Auto-add Parameters from calipers (wireless button / typing in parameters)

Hi, I've created a modification to wireless calipers so when I press a button on them, my computer listens to my voice and simultaneously grabs the caliper position value and sends to my computer. I'd like to input the text output of the speech (eg "circumference") and the caliper position (eg 1.234mm) as a parameter in Fusion so I can quickly measure out a physical object and all of its values without leaving the calipers/object, then model it afterwards based off the Fusion Parameters without returning to the object.

The question is how can I use purely text/hotkeys to enter the "Add User Parameter" modal? I've set "Change Parameters" as a hotkey but I don't see how to hotkey or select via keyboard the "Add User Parameter" window. Once that window is open, everything else is keyboard driven and works fine.

Here I am looking for this feature and who's post do I find FIRST?  ...... Samy MFKN KAMKAR!   I have  some old blue point  mcal6 calipers and im looking to upgrade  do you know of any calipers that I can buy that already have this feature? do you have a build list & instructions on how you made yours?
