Assembly Joints

Please help,

i want to joint one component through two supports. But "Joint" options only let me choose one location for each component. What should I do if I want to join one component through two supports into another component?

I had attached two screenshots with the two components.

Thanks a lot!

Use a revolute joint on one of the cylindrical extrusions and a cylindrical joint on the other. It might also work with 2 revolute joints.

in any case the above requires that the holes distance to be precisely the same on the two mated parts.

Two revolute joints will work, as long as your geometry is precisely aligned.  You will get a warning that you are creating two joints between the same components.  Just say "yes" to this warning.

holes distance and mated parts are the same. I tried both options and still doesn't work. In order to fix the assemble more or less in the desire position I have to edit "Alignment"...

Here is the workflow I used for a similar situation:

If this does not work for you, post your model, as @TrippyLighting says, and one of us will take a look
