Applying moment load

Dear friends,

I do not really understand how to apply moment load correctly in my case. Please take a look at the attached pic. There are 6 green bosses allocated on the circle. My idea is that they represent a part which will be generated by Fusion360 (by Generative Design tool). These bosses are supposed to be loaded by "moment load" as if they are a single entity being rotated around the central axis. Not the best explanation, but as is.

I tried to apply load to internal faces, but it is not clear what the movement will it be then.

Thank you for any help!

All the best,

Dmitrii Sokolov.

Hi Dmitrii,

From what I can see in the picture, what you're doing is correct.

Just pay attention to what it is written in the dialog. That is: "Moment per Entity"

This means that if you select 6 faces, you need to write in the Magnitude field, the total magnitude value divided by 6.

I hope this helps,

Regards,
