Annoying Browser behaviour

It looks like someone has implemented the old chase the cursor joke in the browser 😞  When a component is collapsed, moving the cursor over the light bulb causes it to move left. After chasing the light bulb and clicking on it, the component expands and the light bulb moves to the right. Chasing the light bulb again and clicking on it, moves the light bulb back to the left.

I tried making a Screencast to show the problem, but the Browser is recorded.

I think I reported it a while ago, I think it only happens when you have Component Colour Cycling on.

I think Ive seen this behavior recently when using longer names for the components.

Widening the browser is a good workaround, but it sacrifices workspace.

I see this is still not fixed. And for me, it is occurring regardless of the Component Color Cycling setting.

This problem was reported and never fixed. The workaround is to make the browser wider or the component name shorter.

I've added this new forum post to the bug report and asked to have it looked at.

Thanks for reporting it.
