Angle a slot downward from one point to another along a circle

Hi there. Let me try to explain what I'm trying to do the best I can. I have a picture for reference. I'm trying to angle a slot downward into my part in Design mode but I'm not sure how to achieve this or Manufacture this feature. Id like to angle the slot down from the top of part towards the extruded circle along the slot that I've created. Once I do this what would be the best way to CAM this out to achieve this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Are your sketches fully defined?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Just a thought, I have is to use a multibody approach, extrude the "slot" you're wanting to create, then utilize the split body command accordingly. @TheCADWhisperer is right, if you could please upload the model you speak of it would be very helpful!

 

As far as manufacturing this feature, it would be very difficult on a mill (the only feasible way I know of is to use a sinker EDM). This assumes that the full round fillets in the corners are an essential part of this feature, if not, you could use a mill, the issue is the acute angle at the bottom of the slot. (All of this thought process is me assuming which type of feature you're trying to create so a model would be nice!)

No.  Everything is not fully defined.

Blue curves?  Not fully defined.  (Do  you really want those countersink holes to break out the sides of the part?)

Do you really want the left side slot to start at a position that is not Horizontal to the Origin or the right side slot?

White dots?  Not fully defined?

Duplicated dimensions?

Dimensions that cannot be measured in the real world?

This is for a piece of farm machinery that was brought in all rusted and broke. I'm going off of a scribbled piece of notebook paper for my print not joking.  I'm by no means a master at Autodesk here but I'm learning here.

Another option if you don't have EDM equipment is to machine the sloped features as separate bodies and join them together with bolts onto the main body later on.

Fully dimensioned and fully constrained. Not fully constrained and dimensioned sketch object can be dragged around in the viewport with the mouse by accident, even when not actively editing a sketch. That can quickly wreak havoc on a design.
