Alternative to exact flat?

Hi,
I used to work with the ExactFlat (https://www.exactflat.com/) in Fusion 360 to render 3D to 2D shapes for laser cutting. However, I can't find the app anymore in the Fusion app store.
Does anybody have alternative to transform (complicated) 3D shapes to 2D?
Thanks

That depends on what you mean with "complicated". Can you share an example?

The App if I recall became abandonware a few years ago....Have you considered their for sale Software?

I think I found a workaround - although I am not able to compare the outcome with ExactFlat is seems to work well.

It is described here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dalldQLphyo
(Create an offset surface, safe it as a mesh, import to Meshmixer and unwrap. From Meshmixer I can save the unwrapped shape to a .svg file, which I can import to Fusion, which I then can edit in a sketch.).Do you have an alternative method?
Thanks!
PS Of course I can DM the shape to you.

A quick way to go from 3D shape to printable or cutable shape with F360 and Meshmixer (without using the metal sheet module)
