I'm trying to create a clean .dxf file for a laser engraver but the double edges are apparently causing issues. I'm new to the program and I've tried a lot of things I've found online but nothing has worked. I get the same result for an imported dxf, a sketch created in Fusion 360 then saved as a dxf, and a sketch created from projecting the surface of an object onto a plane.

can you attach this to a post? (from the file menu, export as a .f3d file and attach that)

The attached was just all bodies projected to a sketch.  Does it work?

Is that a pic of the file when you import his dxf into a new model?  When I do there a no double lines.

attach your model where all you've done is import the dxf.

The most recent picture is what I get when I downloaded the file etfrench posted and opened it in Fusion 360. No other steps taken.

I'm not sure what you want me to send this time. Could you me more specific?
