Hello.
Please delete if not allowed or redirect me thanks.

Im a super noob at fusion 360 ive learned some basics but i feel overwhelmed when looking at larger or more advanced projects for learning.
When you began was there something you did in order to get motivated and feel less overwhelmed by the more advanced learning projects?

Take it in stages and master one set of functions then move on. If you try to take too big a step in learning you are going to overwhelm your self

I found these to be some of the most useful coming from other software but have yet to find a progressive lesson by lesson approach that suits me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A5bc9c3S12g

Start small, and focus on one technique or part at a time. And practice.

I’m no expert but I found the first few months were frustrating and then I found a few youtube videos where I learned a lot not about the main subject but from how the presenters used the tool - for instance construction lines were a revelation...

All these. And just time. You will pick up stuff as you go and it'll be second nature in no time.

I found the reason that they say "make components asap" is so helpful, is that when each component is activated its own timeline is isolated (like a feature tree).I am still mastering the timeline, trying to keep it neat seems to help. After 20+ years on SolidWorks, I'm not missing much and find F360 so refreshing, more stable, and once adjusted to the different mindset, more intuitive. 👍

Find something you want to build for fun or what you need and don't want to pay a stupid price for.

Second the Lars Christensen videos on You Tube. They sure helped me. You might want to start simpler than the space marine. Even the shoulder calls for surfaces or meshes. You might want to save that for a little later. My first projects were things to 3D print. If you don't have any other ideas, follow along with Lars, making what he makes in the videos.
