I have been struggling with this for a while. I work primarily in the sheetmetal area of Fusion. After I create my part and generate the flat layout, the cut size is always different from what we would normally use in the shop. for example, I have attached a 16ga stainless counter top that we would cut at 144" based on my dimensions and the shop calculations. the stretch out in fusion is 144.05 (1/16" bigger than I want) What parameters should I be changing? I want a tight corner, no relief and adding a single metal thickness to the bend. Any help is appreciated and would save me time in the future going over all the dimensions in the drawings.
