Adding Unique End Mills to CAM

So I noticed that the Maritool library is missing quite a number of the tools available through their website... Some of which appear to be impossible to recreate based on the available selections to create a new tool. Take for instance this end mill:

How would one go about creating such an end mill in Fusion? I thought, perchance, that I could adjust Dovetail group, but came up short. then I thought maybe there was a Double angle chamfer group, or even just a chamfer group, but no such luck.

This has come up in the CAM forum multiple times - I know single point cutters for thread milling is a request that comes up often.

As of now, there is no way to create a custom form tool....
