Adding lip/flange to end of cylinder with hole

Hello, I'm making a cylinder adapter that slips over 1" weightlifting equipment and allows me to use 2" olympic plates on it. I've got the cylinder designed but would like to put a flange at the end that would stop the plate (like attached image). Is there a way to do this?

Change to Minus / negative direction in the extrude.
