Ability to specify the color of components for analysis cross section view

I'm creating documentation for a manufacturer and would love to keep the colors of my components consistent when showing the analysis section view. Each time a component is updated it cycles through a list of colors, but I haven't seen a way to simply specify the color that a component should be. This is not the appearance of the object, but simply a color label that can remain consistent when viewing cross sections of the model.

In the attached images, you can see that the silicone cover has switched from an orange to a pink after the model was updated. Additionally, some components get assigned the same colors (such as my PCB and battery in purple). It would be great to simply offer the ability to specify these colors so that can be avoided.

If this feature already exists, I would love a point in the right direction.

Thanks for posting! We appreciate your input on component color cycling - this idea has been presented at the Fusion 360 Ideastation in the post linked here. Please give the post a vote if you'd like to have more control over component coloring in Fusion and let me know if you have any questions.
