A360 saved version thumbnail images are not displayed

When trying to view/upgrade projects through A360 in a browser, the thumbnail image is not displayed (just a box with a caution symbol) and the following message:

Oops!

Sorry. We have encountered some issues when preparing file for viewing. Please contact support for assistance.

I don't consider this a major problem but it has worked fine before the last update as I recall. The images do appear within the Fusion Project Panel. For Microsoft users/supporters, just a blank browser window shows when using Internet Explorer 11. Therefore, I use Firefox 45.0.1 browser to view A360.

Can you create share link of this design? Just click on share icon and copy the url and paste it here or you can send me a private message.

I will check on why this is not viewable in the browser.
