5/8" Mounting Pin Design

I'm trying to create a 5/8" mounting pin but i can't figure out how to chamfer between the two diameters. I extruded the wider diameter first and then extrude-cut the smaller diameter using an offset. I can chamfer the top no problem but when attempting the transition from wide to small an error appears saying 'the chamfer cannot be created at the requested size'

I read somewhere it might be better to loft instead but i couldn't get that to work either

Would Revolve not be easier?

Please attach your model so the Forum users can help you with it directly.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.
