2D Constraints (Horizontal/Vertical)

Working in Fusion 360 Ultimate (build 2.0.1365)

Accessing the Constraints dialog box to apply Horizontal Constraint to a line. The Horizontal and Vertical Constraints are combined into a single selection. It appears that if the selected line is less than 45 deg to horizontal, it will be made horizontal, and if greater than 45, vertical.  That would make the workflow one that if the line is closer to vertical, and horizontal is desired, having to manually drag the geometry closer to the desired result, and then apply the constraint.  Is this the intended workflow.

If so, I would prefer to have individual horizontal and constraints, as show on the training videos on youtube (referring specifically to video: 02 Sketching Part 1 as shown at the 3:40 mark in the video)

Can anyone confirm this workflow?

Thank you,

Yes, that workflow is correct.  I understand the concerns.  I would encourage you to submit a request to the IdeaStation: here if you would prefer to bring back the old UI.  It could be that lots of users would prefer the individual horizontal/vertical constraints.
