2 pocket problem CAD

Hi all, i'm a student of industrial design, i have a problem with this exercise, i can't complete the central 2d pocket, as a part is not machined. I don't understand where the mistake lies? My professor claims that the mistake is in the way I draw the model, but I would like to have other opinions on this? Thanks in advance

There were a Few errors in your File.. 

I have solved all.. 

A few Designing Errors, Some tool paths were Cutting the Body, I adjusted their Diameters. And also completed the whole File..
