1.250 -11.5 NPT

I am looking to model a 1.250 X 11.5 NPT

I modeled the taper required for the major Diameter.

But the "Create Thread" doesn't seem to have this thread I need.

Is there a work around to model this thread?

There are no modeled tapered threads at the moment. Your only option is to use coil and construct it, bit fiddly with a taper thread. What do you need it modeled for, 3d printing?
