How does one draw a custom table on a drawing?

I don't have the faintest idea how to draw a Custom Table on one of a Drawing's pages using python.

The goal is to draw a part list with additional custom columns.

Unfortunately, you can't. The Fusion drawing functionality has almost no API support. The only thing supported is exporting PDF files, so there isn't any support for doing anything with tables.
