Start-up version of Fusion does have the support of the extra Add-on

I have verified the addon are supported on subscription and hobbyist version of Fusion 360.
I want to confirm if the start-up version of Fusion does have the support of the extra Add-on.

Basically, you should be able to use the script/add-in without affecting the license type.
