selectEntity() doesn't prompt.

As mentioned later in this thread, calling `selectEntity()` doesn’t actually seem to prompt the user, at least not in v2.0.14569. It does work, it just doesn't show any kind of prompt I can see. The docs say it’s supposed to prompt.

I've noticed this too, and will make sure a bug gets logged. The prompt should be a "heads up display" that appears next to the cursor.
