The respective doc page's header description states:
"That matrix can be obtained and set using the transform property."
In the following sections, 'set' seems to be not only not confirmed but instead denied ... like:
"This is a read only property whose value is a Matrix3D."
It is unfortunate ... because I would prefer to have both 'get' and 'set' options.

Could you please state explicitly the relationship between:
sectionAnalysisObj.cutPlane.transform,
sectionAnalysisObj.initialPosition
sectionAnalysisObj.transform
matrices?
