rendering image using API

Hello,

I could not found any support for rendering image using python API (only saveAsImageFile() option), is there any possibility how to do that ? Is there a plane to implement that feature in API ?

Unfortunately there is no API to render images yet. I would like to recommend you log your request in our idea station.
