Automated Part Generation and Jaw Geometry Creation

Hi, 

I am looking to create specific jaw geometries to hold a circular component on a three jaw chuck. The component is defined by the following parameters: ID, OD and Height. I am currently using the combine tool to superimpose the geometry of the part onto each jaw insert on a three jaw chuck (see attached images). 

Is there a logical way to create a script where the circular component can be created rapidly based on its parameters and then superimposed on the jaws to create the required geometry? I have little/no experience in coding.
