Quick Key Opacity?

I change opacity of my bodies constantly, to be able to see internal parts visually - that's how I work. Xray vision! How might I be able to script, or is there a way already to quick change a body's opacity. Low and high would be fine, or use keyboard keys - and + ... Would love a quick keyboard key for this! Thanks all.

I have not tried it, but I believe it is possible using this add-in.
