Hi Fellows,

After the last update, I can't access VSCode editor even by trying to open the sample script and rebooting twice.

I can open VSC externally. It starts with the files from my last (before the update) session.

Am I alone in this?

Signature of VSC is:

Version: 1.49.0 (user setup)
Commit: e790b931385d72cf5669fcefc51cdf65990efa5d
Date: 2020-09-10T13:22:08.892Z
Electron: 9.2.1
Chrome: 83.0.4103.122
Node.js: 12.14.1
V8: 8.3.110.13-electron.0
OS: Windows_NT x64 10.0.18362

Hi Mr RushikeshKadam,

Thank you for the fast response.

I was on recommended 2019.9.34911 version of Python extension. It did not work, but after the suggestion by Mr Jerome Briot, everything went to normal smoothly ( many kisses Mr Briot 😚).

For others reading the post:

It seems to be safe to upgrade to 2020.6.91350.

Regards

MichaelT

The solution has been wrongly attributed to me. It should be shared by real contributors:

Mr RushikeshKadam and Mr Jerome Briot instead!
