The current Mac OS install of Add-Ins places the bundle in the first location and is suppose to create a SymLink of that bundle in the second location below. Why the SymLink? Well checked and if you just copy the bundle to the second location and nothing in the first it works fine. Very odd right? My guess is that the first location was a requirement from Apple when Fusion was made available through the Apple App Store. Fusion only cares about the bundles being available in the second location.
Can anyone confirm this? If this is true I would like get the Autodesk App Store team to make a change with their installs to just copy to the second location. This would be a big help since their install of Mac OS Add-ins is currently broken because they are not creating the SymLink.
Thanks in advance for input!
