I can open this Simple.dxf file but if I fusion360://host/?command=open&file=C:%2Ftmp%2FSimple.dxf i get following error: file corrupt

I can open this Simple.dxf file but if I fusion360://host/?command=open&file=C:%2Ftmp%2FSimple.dxf i get following error: file corrupt

I can open this Simple.dxf file in Fusion

but if I "fusion360://host/?command=open&file=C:%2Ftmp%2FSimple.dxf" in chrome I get following error: file corrupt.

Please advise what I am doing wrong

Dxf is not supported 
The types of files used can be f3d, STEP, IGES, SAT, SMT, STL, or OBJ format
