how to develop or code for Fusion 360?

Dear sir or madam,
I am a researcher in Imperial College London. I want to know how to develop or code for Fusion 360 . I want to generate plenty of pipes with different radius using T-splines. Could you help me?

As far as I know, there are three objects related to T-spline.

Unfortunately, none of them provide methods for manipulating shapes.

However, a large number of pipes can be created without using T-splines.

Thanks for your reply! I want to know whether it is possible to develop a program for Fusion 360 T-spline? I want to develop programs to auto-generate pipes using T-spline method?

The API doesn't currently support the equivalent functionality of the T-Spline commands you see in the UI. I would be surprised to see support in the foreseeable future.
