How is the image2surface addin installed on fusion 360 usinG a mac?

I'm assuming you are asking about my add-in that's found here:

The README provides a link to install instructions as well as additional notes on installation.  The install help link is duplicated here:

Look for the section on manual installs.

One other option, others have suggested, is to use this for installing from Github (where the add-in is hosted):
