How can one quickly collapse browser?

Hi API and scripts community, 

How can one quickly collapse browser?

For example Ctrl+C collapses the browser to the level in the attached image.  It would be a great QOL feature because it would save a lot of time and clicks manually collapsing to return to a clean and organized browser.

Unfortunately, the API does not provide any access to the browser, so what you're asking for is not currently possible.

That's a shame. BTW: With some practice using the arrow keys to collapse many expanded items in the browser is quite fast.
