Hi,

I have used Fusion 360 with mapBoards before, and it worked great. Now when I try to start mapBoards I get a pupup message :

Entitlement records indicate that you are not authorized to use this add-in.

You are logged in as my@email.com.

Your beta copy has expired!.

I tried reinstalling Fusion 360 but that did not work.
Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to solve it?

Thanks!

@silverape I am not sure but looks like you are using the Beta/trial version of the add-in and it has expired. You could contact the add-in developer to get the details. The add-in support can be found on the Fusion 360 App store https://apps.autodesk.com/FUSION/en/Detail/Index?id=7055850008078104945&appLang=en&os=Win64

Hope it helps.

Hi Rushikesh Kadam,
I have bought the add-in and it worked perfectly before. I have downloaded it again but it did not help. I will contact the developer and ask him about the problem I am facing.
Thanks for your reply!
