I've been looking for a way to get my sketch into illustrator and found this plugin:

https://apps.autodesk.com/FUSION/en/Detail/HelpDoc?appId=4611814297957846949&appLang=en&os=Mac#addin...

I ran the installer and it said it was successful, but I am not seeing it show in the sketch menu as advertised even after a system restart. Any hints on how to get this add-in to kick in?

Hi,

Is your Fusion 360 app installed from Apple Mac app store? I can reproduce the problem with Fusion 360 MAS build. It should be a problem of the add-in installer that doesn't install the addin to the location for MAS build.

Please check if "DXFSplineToPolyline.bundle" exists in “/Users/[UserId]/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/ApplicationPlugins” on your machine. One workaround is to copy "DXFSplineToPolyline.bundle" to “/Users/[UserId]/Library/Containers/com.autodesk.mas.fusion360/Data/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/ApplicationPlugins”, then restart Fusion 360.

Thanks,

Jack

It is a MAS download, and that workaround almost worked, but my file path is a little different. When I get to Application Suppot > Autodesk I don't have the option of "Application Plugins" I get:

Autodesk Fusion 360

CER

Common

Neutron

Neutron Platform

Synergy

Web Services

now the obvious choice is - Autodesk Fusion 360 > My Scripts > Manually Installed (or Autorun), but I'm not really sure. Is that the right path?
