Determining the currently opened folder in the Data Panel

I would like to determine the currently open folder in the Data Panel in order to save an unsaved design in that location.   Is there a way to do this?

There is a way to know which projects are active, but I don't think it provides a way to know which folders are active.

Thanks for confirmation.  This is what I suspected since I came up empty in determining a way.  A disappointment since it would be useful to know what the user's preference would be without asking or at least offer that folder as a suggested default.   Oh well.   Thanks again!
