ConfigurationRows.itemByName() method fails instead of returning None

According to the reference documentation, ConfigurationRows.itemByName() "Returns the specified row or null if the named row does not exist." however in practice it fails instead of returning None in Python.

This could easily be a PEBDaC however I thought I should check.

Thank you to report the issue. Those API behaviors are inconsistent with API documentations.

We have addressed the issue and the fix will be included in next few Fusion builds.
