Can you manipulate spline handles via the API?

I made a script to create a helix from a SketchFittedSpline. The only issue is that the curve near the ends deviates a very small amount from where it should be. Increasing the number of points helps a lot, but it's still there. I figured this was because as the spine advances into the helix the engine is better able to fit it since it has information before and after the current point. I was just going to manually change the spline handles via the API to get it perfect, but I see nothing having anything to do with the spline handles in the documentation here. https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=GUID-a8720866-559c-40d9-b2a9-3c87ca0340bd
